REFLECTION

WHAT DID WE DISCOVER ABOUT THE WORLD?

 There are many problems happening in the world and most importantly, Female Genital Mutilation is happening in many parts of the world.

WHAT DID YOU LEARN ABOUT YOUR VALUES AND YOUR ACTIONS?

 We learned that our values, Community, and Tolerance are essential to have a harmonious society. By taking our actions, we learned it is not easy to be a change-maker. It requires effort, time and patience.

WHY WILL YOU REMEMBER THIS PROJECT?

 Since this project's goal is to be a change-maker and all of our group members put hard efforts to be a change-maker, we will remember this project. We also learned many issues and information about gender equality around the world.

WHICH PARTS OF THE CAPSTONE WERE CHALLENGING?

 Researching organizations and sending an email because it took us many time and effort to fully understand an organization to send emails to each organization to know more about a particular problem.

WHICH PARTS WERE THE MOST MEANINGFUL?

 We think the most meaningful part was to solve South Korea’s problems because South Korea is a country that we are living in.

How will this experience affect your life moving forward?

 This experience will affect our life moving forward by teaching us to focus on and solve the problems that are happening in our community.
